Manual Network Selection on Xiaomi Devices

If you’re experiencing a poor-quality connection on your current network, manually selecting a different network can often help. Keep in mind that you will only have an internet connection on networks supported by our services.

Manually Selecting a Network

1. Open Settings and tap on SIM cards & mobile networks.

2. Select the eSIM you want to change the network for (e.g., 3 AT).

3. Tap on Preferred network type.

4. Deselect Automatically select network.

5. Accept the prompt that appears to confirm the change.

6. Wait for the device to search for available networks in your area.

7. Choose the network you wish to connect to from the list presented.

8. You are now connected to your desired network.
